One Mama Baby & Child First Aid classes are designed to give parents and caregivers the confidence to act quickly and calmly in an emergency.
Taught by practising paramedics, these hands on sessions cover essential skills including CPR, choking, fevers, allergic reactions, burns, when to seek urgent medical care and much more.
The classes are practical, engaging and tailored to real life situations families may face at home. Parents and caregivers will leave feeling empowered with the knowledge and skills to respond when it matters most, because in those critical moments, knowing what to do can make all the difference.
