Postpartum Exercise Physiology, now in the Shire

Enriching Health is an Accredited Exercise Physiology clinic supporting women through pregnancy and postpartum recovery. Led by Sam Robinson, Clinical Exercise Physiologist, we offer personalised, evidence-based care for mums at every stage. Navigating your return to movement after birth, rebuilding core and pelvic floor strength, improving posture, managing fatigue and supporting mental health through exercise.

We now offer sessions every Wednesday in Caringbah at Purebred Fitness, 16 Endeavour Rd.

What we offer:

  • 1:1 Exercise Physiology - personalised sessions focused on core and pelvic floor reconnection, posture and gradual strength rebuilding. Tailored to your birth experience, vaginal or caesarean.
  • Semi-private postpartum classes - small, supportive groups blending individual programming with the energy of training alongside other mums. Build routine and find your new mum tribe.

All sessions are baby-friendly. We recommend starting with a complimentary 30-minute consultation before you begin exercising with us. Medicare rebates, instant private health fund rebates and telehealth sessions are available.
