At Revive & Thrive Psychology, I provide warm, neuroaffirming psychological support for children, teens, young adults, and the parents and caregivers who support them.

As a Registered Psychologist, I work with young people experiencing anxiety, emotional regulation difficulties, school-related challenges, life transitions, and the unique experiences that can come with neurodivergence, including autism and ADHD. My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to each individual's unique needs, goals, and experiences.

As both a psychologist and a parent of a neurodivergent child, I understand that navigating support systems, school challenges, therapies, and everyday life can sometimes feel overwhelming. This lived experience brings an additional layer of understanding to my work with families and informs my commitment to creating a safe, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where both young people and parents feel heard and supported. While every family's journey is different, I appreciate the complexities that can arise and the importance of having support that feels genuinely understanding and practical.

I have a particular interest in supporting:

  • Anxiety and worry
  • Emotional regulation and "big feelings"
  • Autism and ADHD
  • School refusal and school-related stress
  • Life transitions and adjustment difficulties
  • Parent and carer wellbeing, stress, and burnout

A key part of my work involves collaborating with schools to help create supportive and inclusive learning environments. This may include liaising with teachers and school wellbeing staff, developing practical strategies, supporting communication between home and school, and advocating for reasonable adjustments that help young people feel safe, understood, and able to participate meaningfully in their education.

I welcome private-paying clients, Medicare referrals under a Mental Health Care Plan, and NDIS participants who are self-managed or plan-managed.

Whether you are seeking support for your child, teenager, young adult, or for yourself as a parent or caregiver, my aim is to provide a supportive space to better understand challenges, build helpful skills, and navigate this stage with greater confidence and clarity.

A complimentary 15-minute suitability call is available for prospective clients to discuss their needs and determine whether the service is the right fit. This call is not a therapy session, assessment, diagnosis, or crisis service.
