The Georges River Motherhood Network's signature mother's group program is so much more than your average mother's group and the best part is, you don't have to be a first time mum to join!

Held over six weeks, this in person program focuses on providing social connection and emotional wellbeing support to mums with bubs aged 0-12 months. Unlike traditional mother’s groups that focus on the development of your bub, our program focuses on the development of YOU… the mum.

Through casual and inviting conversation, we chat about a new topic each week pertaining to matrescence (the process of becoming a mum) while also sharing with you practical, evidence based tools to support your emotional wellbeing throughout your motherhood journey. It's the perfect opportunity to not only build new friendships, but to seek cost effective support to help you grow as a woman and a mother.
