Maria Carr Counselling & Wellbeing is a place that offers a compassionate and a skilled professional to assist you in processing, understanding and managing of your issues, needs, trauma, anxiety, grief and loss in a safe environment. Maria Carr is a qualified Counsellor and a Reiki Seichem Master offering a holistic approach into her sessions. Maria is caring, empathetic and non judgmental and will work with you, by providing support tailored to each person's unique situation, enabling acceptance, change and healing.

Maria provides both Counselling and Energy Healing:

Counselling provides you with the opportunity to talk about the uncomfortable, sensitive and difficult issues in your life. It is a space where you can reflect, find solutions and learn strategies to help you cope and manage your grief, anxiety and mental health.

Energy Healing heals the mind, body and spirit and is a natural therapy that gently balances life energies and brings health and well-being to the recipient. The energy helps heal any physical symptoms and helps release tension, anxiety, fear, grief and other negative feelings.

Maria is an integrative Counsellor and Healer, drawing upon a range of counselling theories and skills, as well as integrating energy healing in order to facilitate change and healing. One can choose counselling, healing or a combination of both.

Maria Carr works with adults, teenagers and children aged 10 years and older.
