With school closures, it means it’s time for parents and kids to spend more time together. However, as much as every parent would love to spend the entire time with their kids, it’s almost impossible! 

It’s important to find an activity for your young ones to engage in so that they don’t stay indoors all day. Head Academy is running a Kung Fu School Holiday at the Caringbah studio. The programs are open to all school-going kids above seven years old. 

Learning the skills of Kung Fu and other martial arts does more than teach self-defence. During the training sessions, students form friendships and understand the importance of teamwork. Other life skills acquired at these workshops include leadership, self-discipline, and respect for the authorities. More importantly, training keeps your kids active, improving physical and mental health. 

Besides Kung Fu, children can enjoy other games like dodgeball, brick wall, dragon’s mouth, and flags. Expert conductors oversee the training in a fun and safe environment, so you can be sure your kids are well taken care of. 

Encourage your kids to spend this school holidays having fun, gaining new skills and building friendships.

Parents are encouraged to book early since there’s a limited number of available slots. All children above seven are allowed, regardless of their proficiency level.
