On Saturday 14 MARCH 2020, hundreds of colourful kites ? will be flying high above the Cronulla Beach Foreshore
@Don Lucas Reserve in Cronulla’s first ever Kite Flying Festival.

After great success of Kite Flying Festival at Castle Hill Showground, our team is bringing this exciting Kite Fest event to Community of Cronulla and surrounds for the First time ever.

Held as part of the City’s Summer Series of Free Entry, family-friendly, smoke-free and alcohol-free events, the Kite ? Flying Festival will give people the chance to experience a sea of colour as kites of all shapes and sizes fly above the foreshore.

Kites featuring mermaids , Batman, superheroes, flying Fish, Dragons, Aliens, Lady Bug, elephants, Parrots, Butterflies and Lions will all take flight during the festival from Don Lucas Reserve . The event will include a varieties of fun and entertainment activities for all age groups.

Apart from all shapes of Kites, event highlights will be
-Live DJ
-varieties of Food stalls/vans
-kids rides and entertainment activities
-face painting and Heena
-merchandise stalls
