Run MND is a run to raise money for both MND NSW (for care) and the MNDRIA (for research). Participants can choose to walk or run all or half of a 10 km route.

A $5.00 registration plus a donation is required to participate and participants are encouraged to have their friends and family sponsor them. Register and donate by clicking the tickets icon.

The route is a 5 km loop at Don Lucas Reserve in Cronulla. Approximately 2 km of the loop is on paved surface and 3 km on the beach. One loop is required to complete 5 kms. Two loops are required for 10 kms. Participants can also choose to stay on the paved surface completing as many loops as they wish, up to 10 kms.

Please stick around to cheer in our walkers and runners and to take a group photo once everyone has finished. Please also join us at Old Joes, Northies Cronulla Hotel for a free drink for each participant and lunch (at own cost). Kids also eat free!
