Website Watts Next Electrical

Hey Mums,

Watts Next Electrical is a Sydney-based electrical contracting business with a difference — we’re a Level 2 ASP (Accredited Service Provider), authorised by both Ausgrid and Endeavour Energy, meaning we work on jobs that go beyond what a standard electrician can touch. We’re a close-knit, people-first team and we’re on the hunt for an Office Administrator to help keep the wheels turning.

The Role:

3 days per week, 9am–3pm — school hours friendly, with days and hours flexible for the right candidate. Based in our Kirrawee office.

You’ll be the glue that holds the back-end of the business together — supporting our Service Manager and the wider team with the day-to-day admin that keeps jobs moving and clients happy.

$35–$38/hour + super

What you’ll be doing:

●      Managing emails across multiple inboxes

●      Assisting with quotes, job scheduling, invoicing and follow-ups

●      Answering calls and liaising with clients, suppliers and the field team

●      General office administration and data entry

●      Posting on the team’s social media pages — Instagram & Facebook

●      Keeping our systems up to date

Systems you’ll be working in:

●      SimPro

●      GoHighLevel (GHL)

●      Hubdoc

●      Microsoft

●      Facebook Meta Business Suite

Experience in these systems would be beneficial, however on-site training will be provided — so you just need to be confident and capable at learning new systems.

What we’re looking for:

●      Someone organised, reliable and comfortable juggling a few things at once

●      Good communication skills — you’ll be a first point of contact for clients

●      Trade industry experience is a plus but not a dealbreaker

●      Tech-comfortable — happy learning new systems and software

●      A team player who genuinely enjoys helping things run smoothly

Why Watts Next?

We’re a growing, genuinely friendly team who back each other in and out of the office. If you like variety, want part-time hours that can flex around life, and want to be part of a business that’s going places, we’d love to hear from you.
