Help around the home
Mummymetime – Providing childcare services at any time of day for emergency workers, shift workers and if you’re finding it too difficult to work from home with kids at your feet.
Noble Transfers and tours – The team at Noble are now offering to pick up and deliver groceries and essential items within the Sutherland Shire for anyone who finds it difficult to get out of the house.
Bliss Organisation – Stuck in your home and suddenly realising how badly it needs decluttering? Bliss Organisation is offering Zoom and Skype consults to help you sort your home out. You can currently get 2x 30 min calls for $40 with a free e-book “5 things you shouldn’t do while decluttering.
Holla for a helper – Their services include shopping, childminding, housekeeping and even providing companionship to anyone who is isolated. If getting out of the house is a task you can’t manage right now, just holla.
Home Care Heroes – Will grab your groceries or other supplies and are continuing face-to-face visits for the isolated in keeping with social distancing measures and hygiene advice, or you can book to chat to someone via video.

JOCO Design Group – Able to assist you with graphic design and illustration for your brand, website, social media or business signage
Design in – Preparing to design a new home or undergo a renovation? Use this online service and professional advice to design, decorate and style the interior of your home.
Create Engage – Helping businesses communicate with their clients through video and live streams.
Pregnancy and Post-natal Support
Julie Clarke’s Antenatal Classes – Antenatal classes on transitioning into parenthood, mindful hypnobirth and baby care for planned C-sections are all running without interruption.
Your Birth Hypnobirthing – Private hypnobirth classes are now being taught via Zoom.
Whispers Cottage – Need help nursing or settling your baby? Whispers Cottage will help you via email or phone consultations and are still running home visits for mums who need some extra help.
Health providers
iMove physiotherapy – are offering online consultations via a tiered contribution system meaning that if you’ve been impacted financially due to COVID, they’re willing to help you out at lower cost.
Physio Inq (Engadine and Sutherland) – Clinics are still open for critical appointments or you can call or message them online to organise a telehealth consultation or online appointment.
Fit and Flow Physiotherapy – Now taking online appointments. They offer specialised services such as Women’s Health Physiotherapy, Pre and Post Natal Physiotherapy and Pilates, Paediatric Physiotherapy particularly for pregnant and post-natal care.
Behavioural and Schooling Support
Calm the Chaos – are continuing to provide behaviour support through online consultations and have put together some printable support packs for parents with kids at home
Kids Inspired – AHT are an essential service still able to provide face to face speech assessments and occupational therapy for kids but can also provide online or telehealth sessions if that’s your preference.
Step by Step Learning – Looking for additional private tutoring for your kids or private speech pathology? Step by Step are now offering their services via video bookings.
Financial Support
Connecting Finance – Speak to them about lower interest rates and accessing emergency relief funds.
