Another great option if you’re looking for personal training specialising in women’s health, pregnancy and post-natal exercises is Her Exercise Physiology. They’re running online virtual pilates and circuit classes for women to do at home with no equipment needed

For something a little bit different, give the online Zoom classes by Inspire Bellydance a go, and you could emerge from quarantine with a new talent no one will be expecting!
Anything that gets your heart rate up is a step in the right direction! If you can convince your kids to join in and make it fun, your bodies and minds will all benefit from a regular endorphin rush and you’ll enjoy chilling in front of the TV together afterwards that much more.
