What does the challenge involve?
In a nutshell, the all-online challenge is designed to deliver you all the tools you need to exercise, eat well and stay motivated and excited about doing it.
Fitness planning and dynamic workouts
At the beginning of the challenge, you’ll be provided with a calendar that will suggest a workout to do for each day of the challenge. The realistic fitness plan also includes vital rest days! Each workout is also explained by the trainers in a video and outlined clearly in a PDF for you to follow along. All of the workouts use bodyweight only, so you don’t need to own or invest in any weights or other fitness equipment. The exercises are a combination of strength, cardio and core designed to strengthen, slim and tone your body. Rest assured that by the end of the FREE 21 Day Get Lean Challenge you’ll have worked every part of your body to great effect.
Meal planning and easy, healthy recipes
Exercise and eating well go hand-in-hand, so you won’t be alone in trying to shake those fatty foods you indulge in either. Lisa and Kim will provide suggested meal plans and advice on how to create a meal plan that is right for you. You will also receive two free cookbooks full of recipes to help fill your meal plans. These plans, recipes and advice will continue to help you maintain a healthy diet even beyond the duration of the challenge.
Group coaching, motivation and prizes
Your coaches will run a live virtual group training session every Saturday for everyone who has registered for the challenge to join. Participants can also ask questions in the private Facebook group dedicated to the challenge at any time. Should you still need more help, your coaches Lisa and Kim can offer individual advice.
They’ll keep you inspired and on track by providing regular motivational tips, helpful fitness blogs, live tips, and healthy food inspo throughout the challenge. If ever you feel your motivation is waning you can refer to the Facebook group for a shot of inspiration to help you persevere.

How do I take part?
To participate in the challenge you must register on the FREE 21 Day Get Lean Challenge site. After doing so, you will receive an email with a link to join the private Facebook group, where you will have access to all components of the challenge.
The opening ceremony for the challenge will be held on Friday 4th of February at 5:30pm (but you can watch the replay by Saturday 5th if this time doesn’t suit you). It will feature a live explainer video, where you will meet your coaches and be given instructions on how to access resources like meal plans, fitness plans, calorie tracker etc
