Why invest in property?
My husband and I had been wanting to buy an investment property for a long time.
We wanted to build a nest egg for the future, to buy a property that would appreciate over time and provide a rental income. Down the track, we’d have the option to sell the property to help fund our retirement or pass it on to the kids.
