There comes a point when pass-the-parcel and party games just aren’t going to cut it anymore. As kids get older, finding a birthday party idea that genuinely gets them excited can become a little trickier.
For kids who love gaming, cars or a bit of friendly competition, local business SHIREly Fast has come up with something quite different: a full racing simulator experience, delivered and set up right at home.
A Racing Simulator Party Without Leaving Home
SHIREly Fast is a new Sutherland Shire business created by local dad Dusan Marjanovic, combining his interests in technology, gaming and racing with an idea he thought local families could actually use.
Rather than heading to an arcade or entertainment venue, families can have the racing experience brought directly to them. SHIREly Fast delivers the complete simulator, sets everything up, shows everyone how it works and returns to collect it afterwards.
That means no buying expensive gaming equipment for a one-off occasion, and no transporting a group of excited kids across the Shire.
What’s Included in the Racing Simulator?
The standard setup includes a full racing cockpit and seat, direct-drive racing wheel, pedals and a PlayStation 5, with popular racing games ready to play.
Families can customise the experience further with optional extras including a 43-inch screen and stand, PlayStation VR2 and an F1-style Ferrari steering wheel.
While birthday parties are a big focus, the simulator isn’t limited to kids. Teenagers and adults can have a go too, which means once the candles are blown out and the party guests head home, the rest of the family can keep racing.
Not Just for Birthday Parties
The simulator can also be hired for weekends, school holidays, family get-togethers and other special occasions. It’s an easy way to add something different to a weekend at home, particularly if you have a household full of gamers or motorsport fans.
Hire packages start from $149 for one day, with weekend and longer hire options available. Delivery and setup are free within the Sutherland Shire.
