Umbra Psychology – Psychological Services, Specialising in Perinatal Psychology
Motherhood: this season is intense, tender, transformative and often messy. Umbra Psychology offer a warm, non-judgemental space to slow down, make sense of what you’re feeling, and reconnect with your strength, your needs and yourself.
Up to 1 in 5 women (and up to 1 in 10 men) experience a mental health condition in the perinatal period (pre-natal, post-natal and beyond). Setting up a therapy plan with a Psychologist can assist in preparing you (and your partner or loved ones) for conception, pregnancy, birth and parenthood, with the aim to help you manage any challenges that may arise during these times, empowering you on your journey. Umbra Psychology offer a tailored approach to therapy, we work with you to develop a plan that works for you.
