Chiropractic, pre & post birth
LJ Chiropractic
Jen from LJ Chiropractic provides gentle chiropractic care during pregnancy and the postnatal period, with a focus on supporting movement and comfort as the body changes.
Pregnancy care may include support for concerns such as lower back, pelvic and hip discomfort, neck pain, headaches, carpal tunnel and sciatica.
Her approach is gentle and focused on movement and balance through the spine and pelvis. It is why more obstetricians and midwives now refer women to chiropractors, particularly for pelvic and pubic symphysis pain and to help reduce excessive tearing.

Care focuses on supporting movement and addressing pregnancy-related back, hip and pelvic discomfort. The clinic is at 416 Kingsway, Caringbah.
