Mango Brekky Bickies

- 1 cup instant oats
- ¼ cup almond flour
- ¼ cup quinoa puffs
- 1 egg
- 1 mango (blitzed)
- 1 banana (blitzed)
- 1 tbs coconut oil
- 1 tbs maple syrup (optional after 12mths+)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees fan forced.
- Add oats, almond flour, quinoa puffs to a medium sized mixing bowl. Mix.
- In a separate bowl, blitz fresh mango and banana to a puree.
- Add blitzed mango and banana, egg, coconut oil and maple syrup to the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Spoon mixture out and form into a rectangle the width of two adult fingers.
- Place on a baking try lined with baking paper and bake for 20-25minutes or until golden.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge and consume within 3-5 days.
Freeze half the batch for later! These come in handy when you’re rushing around and need a quick breakfast filler for your baby.
Perfect for BLW, just be sure your baby has tried all ingredients before serving.
