This is quite a large park so there is a few different play areas. There is a playground with swings, a seesaw and a slide which is where a lot of the parents with younger children gravitated towards.

I am originally from Gundagai, a small country town in New South Wales. I moved to Sydney to complete university. I have been a lawyer for over 3 years now. I met my husband Nick at Oatley Pub some 5 years ago. We were married at Terara House Estate last year and have welcomed our first baby, Jack into the world in May.

When you’re caring for young kids, finding the time to exercise can be a challenge. Some days, simply getting out of the house is a massive achievement. But one thing is for sure … there is no easier way to get out and get moving than with a pram walk.

The park has a set of swings, a slide, see saw, bridge and small flying fox. As well as a little shop play area underneath. It was a good size for our girls aged 1 and 3.

The park itself is really big and caters for kids of all ages. It is fenced but not completely, as there are two pedestrian entries and the driveway to the car park. So it’s not a totally free range option for the really little ones. But due to the size of the park you do tend to have time to swiftly chase them when they attempt a great escape.
