When you chat with Alison, it becomes clear really quickly that her intention with creating the event is to provide women an excuse to take a moment and catch up with their girlfriends. Even as the event has grown the purpose remains true – to make sure everyone feels happy and joyous during their time at the event.

I am originally from Gundagai, a small country town in New South Wales. I moved to Sydney to complete university. I have been a lawyer for over 3 years now. I met my husband Nick at Oatley Pub some 5 years ago. We were married at Terara House Estate last year and have welcomed our first baby, Jack into the world in May.

I work three days a week at a public hospital as a sonographer (someone who does ultrasounds). I have also recently started up a side business performing 3D baby bonding ultrasounds in Taren Point, called PEEK A BOO 3D ULTRASOUND.

Dylan is our confident, happy go lucky, free spirited daughter. Our son Dax is our cruiser, cool, calm and collected one. Dax has Congenital Cytomegalovirus cCMV.
