Where to go on your next family holiday- that’s not too far from the Sutherland Shire

Just when we thought we could start at least travelling around Australia again, borders have begun to close. Luckily for us, we have a huge range of holiday options to choose from that are all within just a few hours of the Sutherland Shire.

Whether you’re looking for a farm stay with animals to feed, a large laid-back family home by the beach, a mountainous retreat, powered camping-site, luxury holiday resort or the perfect quiet spot for a few families to hang out together (and maybe enjoy a few wines), you won’t have to look far.

In fact, all of these recommendations have helpfully come from our very own Mums of the Shires Facebook Community Group so you can trust that they are suitable for families. Do remember, though, that families come in all shapes and sizes and we encourage you to have a good read through the accommodation websites linked below and reviews from other visitors too.

You’re bound to find a holiday option that suits your needs.
