What We Offer:

• Bump Basics Workshop: Just found out you’re pregnant? This 2 hour workshop is the perfect place to start. Here we'll unpack what to expect, explore models of care, and start dreaming about your positive birth experience.
• Birth Classes with Jess: Over two fun and informative days, Jess will cover everything from how your incredible body works to practical tools for labour, medical interventions, and postpartum care–from homebirth to hospital. This class is midwife led and designed in collaboration with a psychologist, child and family health nurse, doula, physiotherapist and more. Feel confident and ready for whatever birth brings!
• Doula Support with Kat: Personalised, hands-on care from pregnancy through to postpartum. Kat provides emotional support, evidence-based information, and practical help to ensure you feel heard, empowered, and truly cared for—no matter how your journey unfolds. Kat is there to walk with you every step of the way with packages tailored to your unique needs.
• Mothers Circles: This isn't your regular mothers group! Kat and Jess facilitate a safe, welcoming space to connect with other mums in the thick of it. Where regular mothers groups focus on baby, this circle is designed for new mothers to share stories, laugh, cry, and lean on a community that just gets it. Create mum friends for life!
