Hi, Laura Groves here, as a dedicated Women's Health and Wellness Coach and Pilates Instructor, my mission is to support women in taking back control of their health and well-being by fostering positive relationships with food, body image, and exercise. I strongly believe in the power of daily healthy habits and consistent lifestyle changes, rather than quick-fix fad diets. Through personalised one-on-one health coaching and invigorating Pilates classes in the local community, I aim to create a safe and empowering space for women to thrive.

1. One-on-One Health Coaching:
In my personalized one-on-one health coaching sessions, I work closely with women to develop a deep understanding of their unique challenges, goals, and aspirations. Through a holistic approach, I help my clients:
a. Cultivate a Healthy Relationship with Food:
By guiding women towards intuitive eating practices, I encourage them to listen to their bodies and nourish themselves with wholesome, balanced meals. I provide guidance on mindful eating techniques.
b. Enhance Body Image and Self-Acceptance:
Together, we explore strategies to improve body positivity and self-acceptance. I facilitate discussions on overcoming societal pressures, enhancing self-esteem, and instilling a sense of self-worth beyond physical appearance.
c. Embrace Sustainable Movement Habits:
Instead of promoting gruelling workout routines, I help women discover joy in movement. I support them in finding exercise modalities that align with their preferences and lifestyles, making exercise an enjoyable and sustainable habit.
2. Pilates Classes:
In addition to one-on-one coaching, I offer invigorating 1:1 Reformer session and Pilates classes designed specifically for women in the local community. Pilates is a low-impact, full-body workout that focuses on core strength, flexibility, and mind-body connection. These classes provide an inclusive and supportive environment for women of all ages and body types to build strength, improve posture, and enhance overall well-being. Whether participants are beginners or experienced practitioners, my classes are adapted to meet individual needs and fitness levels.
