I’m Jackie, a local counsellor specialising in young people aged 12-25. With 4 years of experience in local high schools and mental health settings, I focus on exclusion, friendships, and their flow-on effects 💔. I address grief, loss of friendships, life and school transitions, emotional regulation, safety planning, boundary setting, building stronger connections in and out of school, and more. I teach actionable skills in interpersonal communication, self-esteem, and anxiety while supporting parents navigating the school system.
