Adult Psychotherapy

Couples and Families

NDIS

• Many of our psychologists offer psychotherapy to clients with NDIS coverage. For those who are eligible, therapy with our counsellor is also available.

Child Psychotherapy

• We approach our treatment with children from a play-based perspective, making it easier for little people to manage big feelings. ​​​​

Psychometric Assessment

• Our psychologists are experienced in psychometric assessments, including cognitive, behavioural and psychosocial assessment. As well as other psychometric assessments helpful for the diagnosis and treatment of mental health conditions.​

Workers Compensation

• We provide tailored therapy for the treatment of the psychological impacts of workplace injury. Many of our psychologists are approved by SIRA and ready to provide you with the support you need.

Adolescent Psychotherapy

• With a background working in schools, we understand the teenage experience and can provide empathic support for their more challenging times. ​​

Walking Therapy

• We believe there is power in being outdoors and moving your body.
• Walking therapy in a unique experience, combining movement, the outdoors and evidence based intervention. ​

Counselling

• Our Counsellors apply evidenced-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and skills from Dialectical Behavioural Therapy and Solution Focussed Therapy.

Victims Services

• The Sunshine Club offers psychotherapy for individuals who have been a victim of crime. This is to help those apart of the Victims Support Scheme to recover from psychological and emotional impacts.
