Over 25 years ago I decided to travel the world. I purchased my first SLR and my first subjects were lions on safari and wild gorillas in the mountains of Congo. Although I look back on these images with my critical eye and cringe, this was to be the start of my passion for photography (and of course travel!) .
A few things have changed over the years....my camera and lack of film for one thing! My style and subjects (no more Gorillas in Africa sadly...) and of course my experience.
As a mum of two humans and two fur babies, I am comfortable, understanding and very patient dealing with children, babies (and pets!). I aim to make everyone feel relaxed including the Mums and Dads. It is important to feel like you can be yourself in front of a camera...and have fun. I have many years of experience dealing with tired toddlers, hungry newborns and grumpy husbands! ;)
I travel to your home or an agreed location for your shoot. I am based in Sydney's Sutherland Shire, however being a mobile photographer, I have the set up and ability to travel far and wide. Whether you want the photoshoot in your home, the beach, a local park or another location we can arrange. I am happy to point you in the right direction for where and when to take your photos to get the optimal result.
I hold all the required working with children checks, fully vaccinated, insured, and I am trained in safe newborn posing techniques.
I specialize in newborn, maternity and family photography and I have well over 10 years of experience photographing these moments plus weddings and events in Australia and internationally. Oh and I love all animals (apart from 8 legged ones) so if you want your pet involved in a photoshoot I am happy to work with them too!
To keep things simple and streamline, I offer your high resolution images professionally edited on a USB. The images are watermark free and yours to keep forever. You are able to make as many copies of the images as you desire. There are no additional or hidden costs. If you do require prints or albums though I am happy to quote on these as well. I also offer gift certificates for all my packages.
