Feeding/ latching and settling issues such as constipation and reflux discomforts as well as side preferences with their babies neck and general everyday care.
Aquanatal is the perfect way to exercise during pregnancy as it is pelvic girdle friendly, appropriate for all stages of pregnancy and is recommended by many Obstetricians and Hospitals Sydney wide. Classes include postural awareness, pelvic floor care, breath awareness, strength and conditioning, relaxation and some birth education is included. Some private health funds may also pay a component of the classes as you have a health professional - Dr Amy Norman in the water with you!
