Mum life is tough, busy, sometimes frantic, and challenging, making it difficult to find time for yourself. At Unwind Health, the goal is to make that time special and worthwhile with guided care tailored to your needs.

Unwind Health is a team of experienced Allied Health Professionals based in the Shire, led by Dr. Ian Edwards (Chiropractor), who has been practicing for 30 years. Dr. Ian loves seeing generations of patients, noting, "I love it when I see grandkids of patients that have chosen Chiropractic as a way of life." The aim is to "Lead you on your journey to better health."

Dr. Alisa Edwards (Chiropractor) is returning from maternity leave. She has completed two years of additional study in paediatric care and has extensive knowledge, being a mother of three young children herself.

The team has extensive experience in caring for women from pre-pregnancy to post-pregnancy, and then their children once they are born, understanding the special care needed during this precious time of life.

Dr. Terri Anne Kayrouz (Chiropractor) is passionate about family care and helping patients reach their full health potential. She has also studied paediatric care as an additional field of passion.

Dr. Garrett Cummins (Chiropractor) recently joined the team and is eager to create and establish lasting health philosophies for his clients. He has received external training in exercise therapy, an important tool post-pregnancy for all mums.

Common musculoskeletal issues addressed include pelvic instability, back pain, sciatic pain, headaches, and neck pain. The team uses a range of gentle, effective techniques tailored to individual needs. They also commonly check the spines of babies after the long journey of childbirth.
