Fiona Simson – Perinatal Psychologist | Cloud Psychology
Are you pregnant or a new mum? Do you feel as though you may need some support with your mental health? Did you know that up to 1 in 5 women (and up to 1 in 10 men) experience a mental health condition in the perinatal period (pregnancy to the first year after their child's birth)? Seeking support through structured therapy can help establish a psychologically healthy foundation for pregnancy, preparing for birth, and having a newborn—not to mention the years that follow!
